The EU Ramp – A Flexible Modular Ramp

The EU Ramp is a permanent modular ramp designed for public buildings. Made from hot-dip galvanized steel, it offers superior stability compared to equivalent aluminum ramps—steel is three times stronger than aluminum. Both the construction and materials have been carefully selected to ensure cost efficiency and minimal environmental impact. The EU Ramp is fully reusable and highly adaptable.

With our complete range of factory-produced standard modules—including ramps, platforms, wedge planks, railings, steps, gates, and more—you have extensive design flexibility.

The ramp system complies with Swedish building regulations, which state that a fixed ramp must have a maximum slope of 1:12. Additionally, ramps should not exceed a height difference of 0.5 meters between intermediate landings. Standard ramp module widths are 0.9 m and 1.3 m. Our streamlined production and logistics often allow for delivery within just a few days after ordering.

Slip-Resistant Surface
Expanded metal provides a highly slip-resistant surface that also allows rain and snow to drain through. For enhanced accessibility, the ramp can be equipped with contrast markings made from the same material.

Telescopic Legs
Our telescopic leg system, integrated into the railing post, allows for a single leg length—up to 0.9 m. This simplifies both planning and installation and reduces the need for storage space.

Ergonomic Handrails
Our unique Ergosoft handrail is specially designed to provide a strong and comfortable grip. It is neither completely round nor square—but a hybrid of both. The Ergosoft handrail is included in all our railing models for ramps.
