Scala wheelchair stair lift
Scala is a fully automatic wheelchair stair lift for outdoor use, which transports the passenger while they are seated in a wheelchair, making it ideal for use in private homes.
The guide rails are installed on the stairs. Fully automatic gates and ramps make raising/lowering the lift easier. The automatically controlled raising/lowering ramp acts as the guardrails when moving.
Manual controls are located at the upper landing (lower landing as an accessory) and are situated adjacent to the lift for safe, convenient operation. Integrated frequency converter ensures that the lift starts and stops gently.
The lift is equipped with overload protection with audio and light signals. Emergency signal with audio and two-way voice communication. The platform is fitted with anti-slip protection. The lift is equipped with crush protection with audio and light signals by the raising/lowering ramp as well as under the platform.
Scala can be used with all types of straight staircases.
